Construction Document Control Clerk

LaBella Associates, P.C. is seeking a Construction Document Control Clerk with a strong focus on construction phase administration and project reporting methods.
This position will work independently and with other Engineers, Administrators, and Project Managers on a Project Team to manage multiple projects during the construction phase, including interface with project team members, Owner’s representatives, and construction contractors.  Duties include maintaining individual project files, registering all incoming project updates, manage correspondence and communication plans, issuing frequent status reports, and coordinating project closeouts.

Experience in construction project administration is desired, with strong organizational and communication skills using Microsoft Office are required.  Experience with Microsoft Project is a plus. Minimum requirement of A.S. degree in Construction Management, with 3 to 5 years experience at a construction company or A/E consulting firm preferred.  LaBella offers a strong benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, professional development, paid time off, 401k and much more.
