DASNY, SUNY Oswego, Dormitory Suite Bathroom Renovations in Onondaga Hall, Oswego, NY

This project entailed the renovation of all bathrooms in a ten-story college dormitory, encompassing about 120,00 square feet of space.  Renovations included the replacement of all associated plumbing and risers.  The LaBella hazardous materials management team assisted the Mechanical Engineering Group by providing asbestos inspection and abatement design services, and lead- based paint testing.  The project was completed in August of 2010 for approximately $3.4 Million.
