LaBella was retained by the Chemung County Department of Public Works for the Rehabilitation of the Pennsylvania Ave (CR 69) Bridge over Seeley Creek Rehabilitation. LaBella Associates worked in conjunction with Contour Steel and Union Concrete Construction Corp to design the bridge assembly and erection plan for the Shoreline Trail Pedestrian Bridge, a new pedestrian bridge over the Niagara Section (I-190) of the New York State Thruway.
