Michele Ebenhoch

As Director of Human Resources, Michele has navigated significant challenges in the scaling up of the organization’s administration, managing our recruiting and onboarding effort, and developing the training and leadership development programs that fuel LaBella’s growth. Our annual recertification as a Great Place to Work is a direct endorsement of her efforts.

Michele was a 2019 nominee for Human Resources Professional of the Year. She received her Masters in Human Resource Management from Nazareth College and her BS from Niagara University. Michele lives with her husband and 3 children in Fairport, NY.  She enjoys getting lost in a good book and traveling with her family.
