LaBella Leading Study Examining Access to High Falls Gorge
LaBella has been hard at work studying public access improvements to the High Falls District and Genesee River Gorge, as noted in a recent Rochester Business Journal article. The City of Rochester and Greentopia are investigating the creation of a new pedestrian bridge spanning the river at the falls, and a pedestrian trail network that would allow public access to the gorge.
Leading the study is Rick VenVertloh, PE, who has been working with the City of Rochester and Greentopia on a variety of different solutions. Once complete, the study will be an important first step in the long term development of the area.
