Gastonia Water Treatment Plant's Membrane Technology Featured in Water & Wastes Digest
Don't miss a feature article in September's issue of Water & Wastes Digest on the city of Gastonia, NC's expanded and upgraded water treatment plant! The article can be viewed online, here.
Author Sara Myers talks to LaBella's Keith Garbrick about the decision to introduce ultrafiltration membranes to the state of North Carolina, which will ultimately pave the way for other municipalities to use the technology.
LaBella has been working with the City of Gastonia on the plant since an initial study in 2009. Ten years later, LaBella has commissioned the plant. The project was the largest the City of Gastonia had ever undertaken, and among the most complex, as the plant remained fully operational during the upgrades.
