Eric Sanderson, PE: Mr. Sanderson brings 27 years of Environmental Engineering experience, having previously worked for the Alabama Department of Environmental Management’s (ADEM) in the Land, Air, and Water Divisions. Eric’s experience at ADEM includes:
Solid Waste Branch Chief of the Land Division for 6 years managing the solid waste, unauthorized dump, recycling, and scrap tire programs.
Authored coal combustion residuals regulations and presented at numerous technical conferences.
Industrial Section Chief of the Water Division for 11 years managing the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), State Indirect Discharge (SID), and mining programs.
Phil Davis, PE: Mr. Davis serves the needs of industrial and governmental clients in order to achieve and maintain compliance with State and federal environmental requirements through identifying the most appropriate and cost-effective means.
Land Division Chief for 9 years managing solid waste, scrap tire, RCRA hazardous waste, CERCLA, DSMOA/FUDS/BRAC, aboveground/underground storage tank (AST/UST) and Brownfield redevelopment programs, including their remediation, compliance, enforcement and permitting activities within the State of Alabama.
Waste Programs Branch/Solid Waste Branch Chief for 10 years managing solid waste disposal, recycling, and scrap tire programs, including permitting, enforcement, and remediation activities related to hazardous waste management at industrial facilities within the State.
Authored various solid and hazardous waste regulations, participated in the drafting of solid and hazardous waste legislation, and presented at numerous technical conferences.
Industrial Mines Section, Air Division Chief for 8 years managing air emissions program for various types of industrial facilities, including electric power generation, oil & gas exploration, lime & cement manufacturing and iron & steel manufacturing.
