LaBella Associates Acquires Brooks Washburn Architecture

Addition of Potsdam Firm Furthers LaBella’s Commitment to Northern New York State

LaBella Associates, an international architecture, engineering, environmental, and planning firm, today announces it has acquired Brooks Washburn Architecture, a full-service architectural and architectural engineering design firm based in Potsdam, NY.

The addition of Brooks Washburn expands LaBella’s presence in the North Country and brings its total number of offices in New York State to 14. With experience and expertise across residential, commercial, and institutional architecture, the acquisition adds a small but skilled team of architects to the LaBella team and furthers LaBella’s commitment and access to the region.

Established in 1991 by Brooks Washburn, AIA, LEED AP, Brooks Washburn Architecture is known for recent projects such as Woodstock Village at Clarkson University; Satterlee Hall Clock Tower Historical Renovations at SUNY Potsdam; the SLC Public Safety Building of St Lawrence County; Potsdam, Canton, and Massena Housing Authorities; Canton-Potsdam Hospital/ Rochester Regional Health; and many buildings throughout the North Country.
