Congratulations to Roger Keating on being named a Vice President at LaBella!

LaBella is excited to share that Roger Keating, PE, LEED AP BD+C has been named a Vice President!

Roger is a Senior Civil Engineer and Regional Leader in Albany with over 25 years of experience. He is a licensed professional engineer in New York and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Additionally, he is a LEED AP BD+C Accredited Professional.

With a focus on land development, Roger’s expertise spans many markets, including commercial, residential, education, renewable energy, and municipal and state agencies, His project experience includes coordination and preparation of projects from the conceptual design phases through construction completion, management and development of site plans, preparation of feasibility studies, cost estimates and specifications, applications and permits, stormwater management plans and reports, and the design of water and wastewater systems.
