REJob Program Graduates Fifth Class & Yields Two New Employees for LaBella

The City of Rochester’s REJob (Rochester Environmental Job Training) Program graduated its fifth class on Friday, March 12th, 2021.

LaBella was once again a proud sponsor of this highly successful job training and placement program. The primary goal of the REJob program is to train disadvantaged individuals and place them in stable jobs in the environmental construction industry.

To date, REJob has had 110 graduates who have gone on to environmental careers with various employers in the City, including LaBella. This year we are excited to have two of the graduates join LaBella as employees in our Solar Construction division!

REJob is funded by an Environmental Workforce Development and Job Training Grant awarded by the US Environmental Protection Agency. To learn more about this program, please visit the City of Rochester’s website by clicking here.
