Four LaBella Projects Take Home Bricks at the 2023 Brick x Brick Awards!

Thursday, July 27th marked Buffalo Business First’s 20th Annual Brick x Brick Awards ceremony – a night that brings together the commercial estate industry from developers, architects, contractors, engineers, and more to honor the best in real estate, construction, and development in Western New York.

Multi-Residential Affordable Category Winner

Community Hope Mt. Aaron Village

This project involved redeveloping vacant brownfield property into much-needed multi-family residential and low-income housing, establishing community improvements that help create safer neighborhoods in Buffalo.

Neighborhood Health – Riverway Medical Center

Renovations and an addition to Neighborhood Health’s Riverway Medical Center provide Buffalo-area residents with expanded access to affordable primary care. The center’s program includes clinics and dental, pharmacy, and community health practices.

Pine Pharmaceuticals

The expansion of this state-of-the-art outsourcing facility enables Pine Pharmaceuticals to meet growing demand for its range of compounded pharmaceutical preparations, including specialized sterile formulations used by ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, and medical clinics, among others facilities.

Niagara University – Kiernan Athletic Center

The Kiernan Athletic Center features a weight room, a spinning studio, and a multi-purpose dance studio that serve the fitness needs of the University’s athletic teams, intramural sports, and student body. The modernized athletic center also includes sports medicine offices as well as recreation administration.
