Fil Fina III, PE Remedial Design Program Manager
Fil has over 34 years experience as an engineer in the environmental field. He manages all engineering and environmental affairs. Fil is responsible for all remediation system design, fabrication and installation including soil vapor extraction, sub slab depressurizations systems, groundwater pump and treatment, free product removal, high vacuum extraction, total fluids extraction, oxygenation, vapor intrusion abatement, in situ chemical oxidation, excavation and dewatering, sludge dewatering and clarification, and landfill leaching processing. He has experience with pump and tank installations and removals, aboveground petroleum and chemical bulk facility design, SPCC plans, SPDES permitting, process exhaust and ventilation permitting, DOT and spill response training, and retail and bulk facility construction.
