LaBella Honored with 2025 IIDA NY Buffalo City Center Interior Design Award for Salamanca CCSD Prospect Elementary Addition Project
LaBella proudly attended the 5th Annual IIDA NY Buffalo City Center Interior Design Awards Gala, held on May 22, 2025. At the gala, LaBella was honored to receive an Interior Design Award in the K–12 Education category for the Salamanca City Central School District (CCSD) Prospect Elementary Addition project.
Winning projects were selected based on their demonstration of design excellence, creativity, and exemplary skill.

Salamanca City Central School District – Prospect Elementary Addition
2025 IIDA NY Buffalo City Center Interior Design Award Winner – K-12 Education Category
Located within a tight site footprint, the Prospect Elementary school needed additional space for key school programs. The addition houses critical offices and workspaces for student support, along with a STEAM classroom, a Seneca Nation History classroom, and a purposeful play space. These programs serve the district’s unique population of kindergarten through second-grade students and staff, including a large population of Indigenous people.
