Bob Attardo

I became a lawyer to help people accomplish their objectives and resolve disputes amicably.  I approach my work with a focus on strengthening our culture, client and partner relationships, and reputation in our communities. I love working at LaBella, because of the people with whom I work and the culture we enjoy.

Bob provides counsel to the Board of Directors and senior management on corporate strategic initiatives and the legal implications of all business matters. He manages a legal department responsible for all legal issues, including contracts, labor and employment, immigration, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, office leases, risk management and project dispute resolution, employee stock transactions, state licenses and registrations for all corporate entities, and oversight of outside counsel. He is a program organizer and instructor in Propel, LaBella’s leadership development program.

Bob holds a bachelors degree from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from University at Buffalo School of Law. He is a member of the Cornell University Council, and a member and past president of the Rochester Rotary.  He resides in Fairport with his wife, Marlene, and two sons.
