Bob Healy joined LaBella Associates in 1990 as the founder of LaBella’s architecture practice. He served as President of the firm for a decade before stepping into the role of Principal in 2020 where he continues to support client relationships, business development, and community relations.

Bob has been recognized numerous times over the course of his career.  He was named a Rochester Business Journal ICON in 2021, and received the American Institute of Architect’s Medal of Distinction in 2017.  He was awarded the Small Business Council’s Business Person of the Year in 2014, reflecting the firm’s growth and success under his leadership.  Bob has held board positions for many community and philanthropic organizations, including WXXI, the Monroe 2 Orleans-Educational Foundation, and the Rochester Downtown Development Corporation.

Bob is an avid golfer, a music and wine enthusiast, as well as a life-long fan of the NY Mets and Syracuse Orange.

He and his wife Cathy reside in the Village of Fairport, NY and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
