NoDa Greenway 2 Multi-Family Development

As an extension to NoDa Greenway 1, this multi-family development consists of 220 units, includes the same amenities, and features an integrated, pre-cast concrete parking deck. The entire community was designed to promote an active outdoor lifestyle with views from each unit to Little Sugar Creek and the Cross-Charlotte Trail, a 30-plus-mile trail and greenway that will stretch from the Town of Pineville through Center City and north to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte campus and Cabarrus County.
