NoDa Greenway 1 Multi-Family Development

NoDa Greenway 1 is a transit-oriented, multi-family development located near the Sugar Creek light rail station and NoDa (North Davidson), a popular arts district that was built on the Nationally Registered Historic District of North Charlotte. NoDa Greenway 1 is the first phase of a larger mixed-use community.

With 340 units, the NoDa Greenway 1 community was designed to promote an active outdoor lifestyle, with views from each unit to Little Sugar Creek and the Cross-Charlotte Trail, a 30-plus-mile trail and greenway that will stretch from the Town of Pineville through Center City and north to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte campus and Cabarrus County.
