Join Jenny on Wednesday, April 10th at 2:30 p.m. for her presentation titled “PFAS: CERCLA Impact on Passive Receiver.” This presentation will examine the challenges and potential unintended consequences of designating PFAS compounds as hazardous substances under CERCLA. It will also discuss the collaborative efforts made to inform the United States Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Congress about these challenges, highlighting the need for continued advocacy.
