Eight Anticipated Changes to the ASTM E1527 Phase I ESA Standard

The revised ASTM E1527 Standard Practice for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) is expected to be published before the end of the year. It will replace the current ASTM E1527-13 standard, which was issued in 2013.

While we await the release of the new standard, our in-house ASTM committee has provided guidance on some of the anticipated changes.
