LaBella Congratulates Our Newest Professional Engineer, Haley Bigando, PE!

Please join us in congratulating Haley Bigando on achieving her professional engineering licensure! Haley started her engineering career in 2016 as an intern in our Poughkeepsie, NY office while attending Syracuse University. While there, she earned her B.S. in civil engineering in 2019, and her M.S. in civil engineering in 2020.

After graduation, Haley started full time in our Latham, NY office in the Civil Division’s Land Development group. Most recently, Haley was the lead site designer on several multi-discipline projects, including the Benjamin Moore manufacturing plant expansion, the Golden Hill affordable housing development, the iPark 87 residential phase, and the Washington County shared DPW maintenance garage.
