The 234,000 sq. ft. Levine Cancer Institute was conceived as an outpatient facility offering state-of-the-art cancer care to patients from across North and South Carolina.
The project was built in two phases. The initial phase was 25,000 sq. ft. and encompassed the relocation and expansion of the Radiation Oncology department out of Carolinas Medical Center. The second phase included a five-level expansion constructed above the existing Radiation Oncology department.
