Our utilities experience at LaBella began in 1984 with design services provided to a local gas utility company.  Over the years, we have continued to expand our design services in gas distribution and transmission, and the design of large electric substations.  Related services offered by LaBella in program management and environmental assessment/permitting have enabled us to provide a comprehensive approach to our clients that results in managing costs, maintaining schedules, and controlling risk.
